Is there a shuttle bus between Matsumoto Station and the hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not operate a shuttle bus.
Please use a local bus or taxi.
How long does it take by taxi from Matsumoto Station to the inn?
By taxi, it takes about 15 minutes from Matsumoto Station.
How do I get to the inn by bus?
When using the local bus, board the “Asama Onsen Line” from Platform 23 at Matsumoto Station and get off at the “Shimoasama Hiroba” bus stop.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking for approximately 30 vehicles is available.
3 spaces are located next to the hotel entrance.
A larger parking lot for 25 vehicles is about a 30-second walk away.
No reservation is required.
If you are unsure of the location, please come to the hotel entrance and our staff will park your car for you.
If you prefer to park by yourself, please inform our staff and we will guide you.

I need to cancel my reservation because my plans have changed. What should I do?
You can cancel your reservation online.
Please click “View or Cancel Reservation” and follow the instructions.
If you wish to change your stay dates or other details, please cancel your existing reservation first and then make a new reservation online.
Please note that we do not accept reservation changes by phone.
Is it possible to waive the cancellation fee depending on the circumstances?
Unfortunately, cancellation fees cannot be waived for any reason.

Are the large public baths available at all times?
The large public baths are not available from 10:00 to 11:00 AM due to cleaning.
Outside of this time, including late night hours, the baths are available.
Do you have private baths?
Yes. Private baths are located on the 5th floor.
We have three open-air baths and one indoor bath.
For staying guests, private baths are free of charge for 40 minutes (Haruno-yu is excluded).
Reservations are accepted at the front desk after check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that during winter, showers and taps may be removed to prevent freezing.
A private key and bath towels will be provided at the front desk.
Do you offer day-use bathing?
Yes, day-use bathing is available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Large public bath: JPY 900 per person
Private open-air bath: JPY 900 per person + JPY 1,200 private-use fee
Private indoor bath: JPY 900 per person + JPY 2,000 private-use fee

Guests with tattoos are kindly requested to use the private baths.

What are the dining hours?
Dinner: Starts at either 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
Dining area closes at 9:00 PM
Breakfast: Starts between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Please inform us at the time of reservation or at least 7 days before your stay.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, depending on the allergy, we may not be able to meet all requirements.
Can I order food after checking in?
If you make a reservation without a meal, we are unable to provide a kaiseki course if you order on the day.
However, we do offer an à la carte menu. Please note that this may not be available if the restaurant is fully booked.
May I bring food or drinks into the hotel?
You may bring food and drinks into your guest room.
However, please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the dining area.

Each room is equipped with:
TV, telephone, electric kettle, tea set, refrigerator, hair dryer, liquid soap, toothbrush set, razor, shower cap, comb, towels, bath towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, washlet (bidet) toilet, and Samue (Japanese-style loungewear).
Do you offer Samue in different sizes?
Yes. We provide unisex Samue in a wide range of sizes, from toddlers (1 year old) to adults.
What should I wear inside the hotel?
You may wear your own clothes or the provided Samue—both are acceptable.
Are the toilets equipped with bidet functions?
Yes. All guest rooms have washlet (bidet) toilets.
